The following is a conversation I had with my late husband about a meditation workshop we were presenting, at the time. So much had to do with unplugging from technology and the benefits of a meditation practice.
Wonderful photo of you and Tom. I have been working on unpluging I no longer take iPhone or iPad where I’m sleeping, small step but wait in the morning to connect
Unplugging is difficult, especially since our “evolved” culture has put so much importance on being “in the know” all the time. I hope to unplug more and more as I progress and “evolve” myself. You have such a warm and soothing voice and I appreciate your short videos!
Thanks so much, Ernie!! Doing video keeps getting easier, for me. At first, it felt stiff and uncomfortable!! Like anything else, practice makes perfect!!
I don’t think I could ever totally unplug from technology!
Love the photo of you two, Kate. I like to unplug now and then. A convent seems attractive to me – the peace and quiet.

Those small steps add up!! Thanks for stopping by!!
