Kate’s Corner: Dear Boomers-Never Too Old -Never Too Late

Success in any endeavor requires a complete turnaround in thinking, feeling and allowing discomfort and unpredictability guide to a new future. The more discomfort the more we leave the old complaining, critical and judgmental self behind. This requires constant vigilance and an intention to change.

This is what is required in the life of an entrepreneur.

Focusing on elevating your emotions such as gratitude to attract positivity and abundance in our lives is a life changer.

Harnessing the Power of Elevated Emotions to Transform Your Life magnetically attracts good things into your life.

This approach is inspired by the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza, who emphasizes the importance of aligning our thoughts and feelings to create our desired reality.

What is an elevated emotion?

First, let’s understand what elevated emotions are. These are feelings such as love, joy, gratitude, inspiration, and compassion. Dr. Dispenza teaches that by cultivating these emotions, we can raise our energetic frequency, which in turn attracts similar high-frequency experiences and opportunities into our lives.

Take a moment to close your eyes and focus on your breath. Think of a moment in your life when you felt profound gratitude. Relive this moment in your mind. Notice the sensations in your body as you dwell on this memory. Feel the warmth, openness, and lightness that accompany gratitude.

What is the Science behind this practice?

Dr. Dispenza explains that when we align our thoughts and feelings with the energy of these elevated emotions, we begin to emit a more coherent heart and brain wave pattern. Scientific studies have shown that this coherence can impact not only our own body and health but also influences our external environment.

Reflect on how the state of gratitude has changed your inner state. Did you notice a shift in your energy or mood?

How might this state influence your interactions or the opportunities you attract?

Now, let’s talk about how to practically apply this knowledge in everyday life. It’s about more than just feeling good; it’s about consciously choosing to stay in these elevated emotional states to manifest our desires.

Each morning, spend five minutes writing down three things you are grateful for.  Throughout the day, pause to acknowledge and savor moments of joy and gratitude.  Before bed, visualize your ideal future, feeling the emotions as if your dreams have already come to fruition.

By practicing gratitude and other elevated emotions daily, you are not only improving your mental and physical health but also drawing towards you the very experiences you wish to have. Remember, the universe responds to your frequency. Make it one of joy, love, and gratitude.

Embrace the power of your emotions and keep practicing, stay grateful. Remember: You Are Never Too Old And It’s Never Too Late!

  1. I always learn something from your posts. I’m truly grateful our paths have crossed and I am able to read your posts on a weekly basis. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I ask my daughter for 3 things that’s she’s grateful for or 3 things that have made her smile…. But I never seem to do the same unless I’m asked. This is something I will try and do this week. Thank you Kate

  2. Kate, this is brilliant! I’ve been missing my meditation practice. I used to meditate before I started my business. Now, I get up and jump on the computer. You’ve proven the science of why I’m missing it so much! And you’ve given me the excuse to take the time to do it!
I won’t be putting off my business but allowing myself to do a better job when I begin it.
    I’m grateful for this!

  3. I love this message: “You are never too old. It is never too late,” this is so true. You can reinvent yourself at any time in your life. A lot of health issues can be reversible. We have so much power, life is a gift, we are so lucky, yet sometimes we allow ourselves to let negative thoughts and patterns take over. Breathwork and gratitude are two very powerful tools to help with mindset and maintaining our peace. I always love reading your posts and watching your videos!

  4. I truly enjoy reading your posts each week. This week I learned about elevated emotions and the power of energy. You come from a different approach than me and this is so beneficial as I lean each time I read your blog or watch your videos. Thanks for your perspective. Have a great week!

  5. I love this… reminds me of “The Secret” and the ability to manifest abundance in one’s life. The power of the mind is such a meaningful asset for human beings and for realizing that there is something to the ability to transform your mindset and your life by what you think about and how you perceive the world. There is no reason why anyone and everyone can’t have all they desire in life, and telling yourself that you deserve and are worthy of abundance is key to achieving those goals. Wonderful post!!!

  6. Kate,
I really enjoyed this post. I need to get back to meditation and manifesting and this post reminded me of that. I will start writing the 3 things I am grateful every day. I know this will help align me with the universe.

  9. Kate,

When I think of elevating ones emotional state, I can help but think of this Philippians 4:8 where it says, “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.

Thinking on these things causes one’s mind to shift in a positive direction.

I came a cross a movie awhile back where the character every morning started his day with say his ten thankfuls. The gentleman went from a hobo to a billionaire by just changing his outlook on life and saying his thankfuls everyday.

The mind is a powerful thing!
Change your mind change your life!!

  10. Kate this post is bright light in a dark world. While I agree with the message content it’s something I never express with this level of detail based on the mental bandwidth of my audience. That said, I do listen daily to a 7-Minute Wealth DNA Coded message designed to address everything you mentioned in your post. By the way, it’s working.
